Dysfunctional menses: This could a normal finding at this age , however if it is more prolonged , needs to be evaluated by obgyn.

It happens: Even normal young women occasionally skip a cycle or two. Most suggest you see an obgyn if it goes past 60 days & they can induce a cycle with medication if indicated.(and no pregnancy)
