Not concerning: As normal pregnancies progress, HCG levels rise and the line gets darker - to a point. The darkness of the line also depends on the concentration of your urine (water consumption affects it). A dropping blood level would worry me though. Your best indicator of a healthy pregnancy at this point will be the fetal heart beat. We usually see that about 2 weeks after the missed period. Good luck!
