Amenorrhea/Spotting: Lack of a period for six months or more is known as amenorrhea. There are several potential causes for this condition, all of which are treatable. Pelvic pain can be a related side-effect. Your vaginal discharge is likely spotting (light amount of blood from minimal shedding of your uterine lining). A vaginal and pelvic exam, lab work, and/or a pelvic ultrasound should confirm your diagnosis.
