YES: As long as you are having ovulatory cycles (you have not gone through menopause), and are having unprotected sex, then you can become pregnant. The pregnancy has a higher chance of being an ectopic pregnancy (meaning, not in the uterus, but in the fallopian tubes, or elsewhere) and causing life-threatening complications.
