Possibly: Methimazole (assuming this is what you are referring to) can induce hypothyroidism which can be associated with "eyes puffy", but blood tests to identify whether your thyroid levels are too low would help clarify this. Also possibly relevant is the reason why you are taking methimazole, as the underlying disease process could also be related to the symptoms.
