I presume u had: A thorough exam with ur dr re: BP control, heart and brain function.Dizziness could be related to drop in BP when u stand up from a sitting or lying position (orthostatic hypotension)or meds side effects. Possibly meds: Based on your list of meds i see you are taking bystolic (nebivolol). It is common for blood pressure meds to cause sudden BP changes especially if you stand up too quickly. In this case i would advise getting up slowly from prolonged laying or sitting. Alprazolam can cause dizziness and similar symptoms. In any case if happens again and if you have lost consciousness you should be seen asap by your pcp.
