NO INFORAMTION: I really do not know why but i guess because the dead losses his voluntary control for that act.

Muscle relaxation...: At the time of death, all the muscles that keep you from defecating all relax. So, if there is any stool present in the rectum, this stool will pass out of the body when all the muscles relax. This is a very common occurrence!
