White bump on lips: The white bumps on the lips may be a virus and will need abreva . The ear ache is referred pain to the ear from the infection and is common. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin and this will be good for the pain if the symptoms persist in 7 days. See your doctor. Feel better.
