Need biopsy: Bleeding in the menopause requires a biopsy of the uterus to rule out an abnormality such as cancer. An ultrasound is not enough. I would recommend you see your gynecologist and get a biopsy done. Worst case scenario, uterine cancer is found and cured with surgery alone. Don't delay.
