Can a pregnancy test change from negative to positive in an hour? i took a test and it said negative but an hour later it said positive?

Throw it away: The initial result, if done correctly is the answer. The test should then be thrown away. If you do not believe the results then you do another test on a different day. The next test must be done as the first urine of the day not after that.
