i have had the runs since september 15 2012 my body aches all the time i've tried over-the-counter stuff doesn't help is it cancer?

Issues with "Runs": Having symptoms since 2012 is a long time to have had this issue. I wonder if you have an inflammatory disease of the intestines like ulcerative colitis or crohns. While these usually are associated with blood in the stool, you will need a work up to determine the cause of your symptoms. You should get evaluated sooner rather than later.
