Dysmenorrhea????: So sharp pelvic pain and your periods are every three months? Seek advice from a gynecologist. It could be pco ( polycystic ovarian syndrome) or single ovarian cyst. Pelvic ct or pelvic ultra sound help rule these out. Many gyn docs like to try a short term course of ocps if there are no contraindications.
