Depends: Most people with these symptoms have vertigo or labrynthitis. This is usually an acute onset and lasts usually less than 2 weeks. If recurrent or prolonged than other more concerning causes should be looked for. Many people are mildly nauseated with minimal throwing up. If severe or additional symptoms there should be investigation soon.
