45yo or 22yo?: Age plays a role in erectile dysfunction. Young boys' ED is mostly due to performance anxiety while middle-age & older men have to deal w/psychological & physiological issues. Former consists of various forms of stress while latter is from poor health eg diabetes, high cholesterol etc, poor lifestyle choices eg smoking, drinking to excess, no physical activity, and drug side effects.

Here are some ...: For men, either at 45 or 22, without obvious medical issues such as DM, high BP, no use of anti-depressants, steroids, or anti-hypertensives, etc, illicit drug abuse, etc., the common problems to incur erectile dysfunction is sex obsession with a wide disparity between mental desire and expectation and realistic physical affordability, naturally resulting in temporary erectile dysfunction.
