See your doctor.: Doctors can help by providing adequate treatment, usually antibiotics if there is an infection. If it's multiple infections you might get referral for ENT specialist. Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen are adequate OTCs for pain control. If not feeling better, see doc to get stronger pain controlling medications and further curative treatment. As infection improves, ringing should decrease.
