Not generally: the home products are for people to see if they (or family) members are using drugs and if it is showing up. They do not detect adulterants. However, the tests that employers and others use DO test for things like bleach and nitrates (visine) and they WILL be detected and result in failing the test. If you are talking about yourself, worry more about a potential drug problem than getting caught.
