Double vision from too much computers, what to do?

Modify workspace: I am guessing that computers are an essential part of your life and you cannot function with them. You can help relax your eyes with breaks every 1-1/2 hours, using eyedrops for dryness, adjusting the lights to eliminate glare, moving the desk so you don't face a window and wearing the proper eyeglasses so your eyes do not have to struggle.

An ophthalmologist : can determine which of the 20 or so causes of diplopia, or double vision, you have. That's an M.D. eye doctor, not an optometrist. If you have true diplopia in one or both eyes, do not assume it is from computer work.
