MRI: the only way to know for sure is with scanning. MRI is more sensitive than CT scanning for detecting subtle abnormalities such as small tumors. Preferrably an MRI with contrast. You should discuss your concern with a neurologist, who can help you decide if such scanning is necessary.

Why?: Why are you concerned you might have a brain tumor? It has to be very frightening to be living with that concern. As was said, the only way to be sure is to get an MRI; to do that you need a provider to order one. The best thing to do is speak to a provider about your concerns; if he/she shares your concern they can order the MRI. There aren't any shortcuts.
