Manage, not cure: Your best move is to apply topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated, up to 10% 2x/day, to affected areas. This is not fun or "easy" but has about a 50% chance of clearing acne confined to the face within two weeks. If this fails, get with your personal physician, who will continue the topical rx or change it to another, and perhaps add a second topical or a systemic agent for control.
