Yes, unless...: Kidney dehydration is a problem that is correctable with fluid repletion. This is the usually the case unless the dehydration was so severe that you had to be admitted to the hospital with low blood pressure. In such case it will take longer time for recovery back to baseline. If another problem took place along with dehydration e.g. Toxic antibiotic was used, then recovery may not be complete.
