What is "that bad?": Firstly, odds are that you are inhaling some of the smoke; secondly, you mouth and throat are being exposed to the elements in tobacco smoke which can cause cancer of the head and neck - mouth, lips, larynx, tongue etc. This happens whether you inhale or not, and in fact the concentration in your mouth may be much higher because you are NOT inhaling. If you aren't inhaling, WHY BOTHER? JUST STOP!
