What are symptoms of hyperparathyroidism?

The range of it: Fragile bones that easily fracture (osteoporosis) kidney stones excessive urination abdominal pain tiring easily or weakness depression or forgetfulness bone and joint pain frequent complaints of illness with no apparent cause nausea, vomiting or loss of appetite.

Hyperparathyroidism : They are classically summarized by "stones, bones, abdominal groans and psychiatric moans". This usually refers to kidney stones, brittle bones, abdominal symptoms, and depression.

None to many: In some cases there are no symptoms and it is diagnosed by chance on routine blood test where we find elevated CALCIUM Other symptoms are due to elevated calcium Bone pains Loss of Appetite Memory Loss&Depression Fragile bones and fractures Kidney Stones Nausea&vomiting weakness and tiring easily Excessive urination Abdominal Pain

Symptoms of HPT: I won’t repeat the excellent answers you have already received. I would add gastroesophageal reflux, long bone pain,(especially the shins) and hypertension (which really isn’t a symptom but a co morbidity which is exacerbated by HPT. I have gotten a few patients off of their blood pressure meds!)
