Symptoms of HPT: I won’t repeat the excellent answers you have already received. I would add gastroesophageal reflux, long bone pain,(especially the shins) and hypertension (which really isn’t a symptom but a co morbidity which is exacerbated by HPT. I have gotten a few patients off of their blood pressure meds!)
