A mental health: Professional is the best person to answer this. It is an important diagnosis and one that cannon be made over the net. Personality disorders are typically deep-seated. So, having some paranoid thoughts at times is different from having a paranoid personality disorder. It is treatable. Please don't think it will go away on its own easily but there are lots of reasons to be hopeful. Peace.
