Genital warts herpes: Generally genital warts are painless and usually without symptoms (dont hurt dont itch) Herpes however usually hurts, burns or is uncomfortable at some point but could also itch or not hurt at all. The only certain way to distinguish between them reliably is to be evaluated by a doctor. Call your local dept. of health for assistance being refered for evaluation. No sex until treated and cleared.
