Differential: diagnosis is the term for sorting out the difference between two conditions that have overlapping symptoms. Making the type of diagnosis you seek can't be done w/out professional help. Eval: The best way is to NOT diagnose yourself. Either of these disorders can be looked up online, but it's best to get a full psychiatric evaluation, rather than diagnosing yourself, as these disorders can be severe.
