eat yogurt: Yogurt is both delicious and healthy. It is full of bacteria which help digestion. But - like "little miss muffett" who ate her "curds and whey" - so, should you. Whey is the clear, protein like that floats on top of the yogurt. Only plain yogurts or "fruit on the bottom" yogurts have it. When the yogurt and the fruit are blended together, most of the good bacteria are lost. Peter wilk, md.
