No. They won't.: I'm sorry your acne was neglected and you ended up getting scars. Brown hyperpigmentation fades over months, but nothing will touch the depressed lesions. You can see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist for a filler, microsurgery, or laser rx. Several hollywood leads have kept the scars for the "tough guy" look. It's your choice.
