??: Perhaps nothing. I'd like to know how fast the heart is beating, and is it steady or irregularly irregular. Many normal people have rates in low 100s. A 12 lead electrocardiogram would be most helpful to rule out a significant asymptomatic arrhythmia. Good luck!
