Any explanation for why i get severe headaches almost everyday?

Don't know enough: Severe headache can have different causes. While I don't enough to answer your question a vist w/your dr - and maybe a specialist - should answer your question. If this is a change or a recent onset - say in the last week or 2, you should see your dr ASAP. Changed or new severe headache is usually benign but could be a sign of something worrisome.
