Being with friends: acts like a natural antidepressant. Even being out and about around people can help improve mood. You may be depressed. Consider talking to a therapist.

Unmet expectations: One of the hardest things to understand when life is not going our way or if we are depressed or just plain old hurting is that we often expect others to heal us. To make us more whole. These subconscious expectations can really damage relationships before we even know what is wrong with us. Please get some therapy. Learn that others cannot fix you nor do they know you want them to. Get whole!
