Help please! i'm having white spots on my tonsils that fill the 'holes/cracks'?

Tonsil stones: These are masses of keratin (there are propagated errors about their composition online). You can remove these yourself -- I use a half-bent paper clip, penlight and mirror. If they bug you, an otolaryngologist can resurface your tonsils with a laser. Best wishes.

Tonsil Stones: These are food particles lodged in the tonsils. They are not unusual and can be treated by cleaning them, gargling and removing them with qtips. They are a nuisance most of the time and not a problem with your health.
