Generally not.: Almost everyone gets some popping or clicking, usually in the area of the kneecap. It is normal, but could be improved usually with physical therapy. If it's a non-painful click, then it's generally nothing to worry about.

Start slow: Even if the best you can do is 3 min on a stationary bike or rowing machine, or just walking will get you startd. You can find a great app here called my personl trainer which could help coach you. Also, drink plenty of water and eat a small snack before and after exercise. Good luck.

If you haven't done so alreaady, I suggest a medical evvaluation to find out why you are so weak. This is not at all expected for someone your age, even if you are sedentary
