I was wondering what would happen if i pull skin tag?

Pain!: Skin tags are odd growths on the skin caused, we think, by friction (under the arms, around the neck, under the breasts, between the thighs). Pulling on one won't do much except hurt as they are firmly attached! People have burned them off chemically (Tag Away) or tied a thin thread around the base to cut off the circulation so the tag dries up and drops off. I numb them and snip them sterilely.
