How soon does a pregnant women start to feel nausea symptoms?

Nausea: Nausea is usually related to hcg, the hormone that makes the urine test positive. It rises throughout the first trimester. It is felt that rising HCG levels results in nausea. Therefore, nausea can occur very early.

No definite: Answer to your question. It can start extremely early in pregnancy, mid-to-late first trimester or not at all. It's very individual and hopefully won't plague your pregnancy.
