Fatigue = tired: Fatigue or excessive tiredness is a very complex issue. In my practice, i spend an hour with my patient to identify the true root cause of the fatigue. Is it chronic infection, hormonal disbalance, toxins, allergies or food sensitivity draining your energy or some other problems, like chronic emotional, mental or physical stress? Find a good doctor who spends enough time to get to root cause.

A few possible answe: Probably most common inyour age group is iron deficiency anemia sometimes due to heavy mens- trual bleeding. Another common cause of fatigue is viral infections particularly epstein-barr virus known for causing infectious mononucleosis. A blood count and a mono screening test done by your health-care provider might be useful.
