MD visit: Visit the ob/gyn doctor. Try to get details about the circumstances around the cesarean section. There is a chance that she may have scar tissue around her uterus (womb) secondary to her surgery that immobilizes the uterus, causing pain during intercourse. A good ob/gyn can evaluate her for this, and possibly perform laparoscopy to rid her of this annoying scar tissue.
