Get checked!: Are you having burning when you urinate or penile discharge? Possibilities include urinary tract infection (unusually in young men but not impossible) and venereal disease (sexual activity without condoms). Your best bet is to either see your family doc or possibly an urgent care. Stay well hydrated, also.

Most likely cause of penis pain? Started as mild discomfort when peeing but now urinating is fine, the base of behind the penis hurts, even worse when erect. Feels like a persistent 'fractured bone' kinda feeling. No discharge etc?
