Lunges and hip : Lunges and hip extension exercises, climbing stairs will help the butt and thighs. For abs, avoid being overweight; gat often goes right to the middle. Abdominal crunches will keep the muscles toned, but you we'd to consciously keep your abs tight, or you just increase the bulge. Sorr, no exercise for breasts. Those are more genetic and hormonally related.
