Probably not. : You were on a small dose (50 mg) to being with. Then you tapered to 25 mg already. Sertraline generally does not have discontinuation or withdrawal problems. On the very rare chance you do have problems, you could take 1/4 of the tablet for another week, then stop, but i don't think this is necessary.
