Depends: The decongestant component in the product can cause a caffeine-like stimulation. Some people find this causes them insomnia, but many do not.

This is a combo pill: Secret: I have a personal pet peeve against combination drug pills. You can't juggle the drugs independently. Read the fine print on the bottle. Advil (ibuprofen) (ibuprophen) sinus (pseudoephedrine or phenyephrine) is a decongestant pain/fever pill. If you get a bottle that says "sleep" diphenhydramine aka Benadryl aka Unisom is in the pill. Decide what you are trying to fix, and use the correct single med.
