Erectile Dysfunction: Lercandiipine (l) is a member of the calcium channel blocker antihypertensive drugs. Olmesartan (o) is a member of the angiogtensin receptor blocker (arb) class of drugs. Neither l nor o apart, on in combination, are known to cause erectile dysfunction (ed). You are correct in that your ed may due to hypertension, rather than the drugs you are to treat it. See a urologist for more ed information.
