What physical exam do they do on a burning painful neck? why can't you have rsd on your neck? please explain

RSD: Neck exam would incl range of motion skin changes, muscle tone and strength as well as upper extremity sensation, motor and reflexes. Rsd classically involves extremities but there have been documented cases of axial(midline) involvement.
