Go to ER: Congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, and now feel like fluid build up with coughing up blood-- suggests exacerbation of CHF and possible added pneumonia. Coughing up blood is related to all above and added effect of blood thinner that you are probably taking. Need to be seen urgently for direct care.

CHF: Coughing up blood could be part of congestive heart failure exacerbation but i would not assume that until other causes are ruled out. Make sure you follow up with your primary.
