I have a sweeling beside my knee, it doesn't pain at all!is that cancer?i am really tensed!

Not likely, but need: More information. Is the swelling solid or seems filled with fluid? Is it attached to a bone or is it moveable? It may be a cystic extension of the joint cavity of a fat pad. It would take an examination of the swelling to know better and you should see your doctor. It is not likely to be cancer.
