Something changed: Assuming you mean you squirted when you had an orgasm, and now your orgasms are wet but not squirting, it could be a change in your hormones, a change in your partners technique, the frequency of sex and many other things. If sex is still great, then just let it be and see if it come back. If it really bothers you then you are going to need help from an experienced sex therapist.
