Many: Using sun screen has several benefits first, it can prevent sun burn which can be very painful more importantly, most forms of skin cancer are caused by an accumulation over time of the suns harmful ultra violet rays. Some of them can be deadly in addition, too much sun exposure over time causes the skin to be rough and wrinkled.
