Cardiac work-up: Is warranted. Cardiac pain most commonly radiates to the left arm, shoulder, neck, and face. In rare instances, angina pectoris may present as a jaw pain or even dental pain. Rec.: see your pcp or cardiologist to rule out heart disease.
