Yes: Gas x is simethicone. Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the gut. Taket by mouth, usually after meals and at bedtime . Swallow the capsules whole. Do not crush or chew the capsules. Follow all directions on the product package. If you are self-treating with simethicone, the usual maximum amount for adults is 500 milligrams daily.

Less fiber: Generally gas is caused by consumption of foods high in fiber and other undigestable carbohydrates (sugars used in diabetic foods for instance). Plenty of exercise and avoiding constipation may also help.
