Hcg is at 1000 with a 40 day cycle roughly (irregular periods) no image on scan can be seen is it still possible to have a normal pregnancy?

Yes: Usually something will be seen on ultrasound when the HCG is at 1000, but not always. A repeat scan in 1 week will probably give you the answer. Also repeating HCG in 2 days may also, since HCG should doulbe in 2-3 days with normal pregnancy.
