PMS yikes!: Sounds like pms or pre-menstrual syndrome. As we age, our periods can change, if this becomes your "new period" don't panic simply block the hormone that causes the symptoms by taking Motrin 3-4 days before your period is due. As for the acne, the sebaceous glands may change with age so you may have to change your moisturizer or other skin care products to fit your changing skin.
